pressure, vibration), we ensure the durability of the core heat exchange material.
- By incorporating flexible side plates with specialized cuts alongside reinforced ribs, we ensure the effective absorption of
expansion and contraction stresses from thermal cycling and the resistance to extreme working pressure, thereby preventing
structural fatigue damage.
- The air tanks (end tanks) are manufactured from high-strength plastic, reinforced with a high proportion (≥30%) of glass fiber
and devoid of recycled materials, ensuring exceptional mechanical strength and dimensional stability throughout thermal cycles.
- The integration of internal reinforcing crossbars and dedicated high-pressure clamp gripping zones design into the air tank
ensures the prevention of cracking or disconnection under mechanical tension.
- The combination of specially folded tubes and integrated turbulators results in a maximized surface area and the disruption of
